The dough should be firm but silky smooth when you are done. (If your dough is too tacky, add a little extra flour to your counter.) </p><p>Cover the dough with a damp towel and let rest for 1 hour. (Letting the dough rest will make it easier to roll thin wrappers.) </p><p>Divide the dough in half. Cover one half of the dough with your towel. Lightly dust your counter-top with cornstarch and roll half of the dough as thin as you can, aiming for a rectangle roughly 20”x10” if you are cutting 5" wrappers, or 15"x9" if you are cutting 3" wrappers. </p><p><b><u>Ingredients:</u></b></p><p>5 oz can of crab meat drained </p><p>4 oz cream cheese softened </p><p>1 green onion finely sliced </p><p>1/4 teaspoon garlic powder </p><p>1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce </p><p></p><p><b><u>Method:</u></b></p><p>Preheat 1 inch of oil to 325°F over </p><p>In a small bowl, gently combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. </p><p>Layout 3 wonton wrappers at a time. Place 2 teaspoons of the filling in the center of each. Dab the edges with water and fold the two opposite corners together to form a triangle. Wet the tips of the triangle and fold inward. Continue until all of your filling is used up. </p><p>To Fry </p><p>Drop the wontons into the hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until brown and crispy. Add the jalapenos, cumin, chili powder and cayenne and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring often. Add the butternut squash, tomatoes, vegetable stock and beans. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and cook until the butternut squash is tender and the chili has thickened. Remover from the heat and serve in a bowl. Top with lid and cover with a towel to ensure it doesn't splash. Blend for about 1 minute or until the mixture seems well combined. It doesn't have to be 100% pulverized. In fact, <b>over-blending can make the oat milk slimy in texture</b>.</span></span></li>

If it's not sweet enough, add more sweetener.</span></span></li>

In my experience, it benefits from a double strain through a very fine towel to remove any oat remnants. A nut milk bag seemed to let too much residue through.</span></span></li>

As we all know, eating seasonally is very important. Food is tastier and fresher and even more nutritious in during the Spring. Foods that are in season are packed with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. It’s time to take advantage of all the fruits and vegetables that spring has to offer. Here are some of my favorite fruits and vegetables that are now in season. There are so many to choose from: <br />

Besides eating seasonal. Here are some other tips to eating for spring: <br />

Lighten up your meals, stay away from heavy carbs such as rice and bread. <br />
Make a seasonal salad day with lettuces like romaine, bib, butter, mesclun, and spring veggies such as carrots, snap peas, asparagus, fennel and radish. <br />

Use herbs like chives, tarragon, scallions, mint and dill and bright, lemony notes with spices like sumac and nigella seeds. <br />
<br />
Blend up a springtime pesto with arugula, mint, lemon zest, walnuts and parmesan and use it in salads, on steamed veggies and with lean proteins. <br />

working with Rebel Venture. Rebel Venture is a Youth- powered non-profit
social enterprise in West Philadelphia that creates healthy and affordable
foods for schools. Over the past 18 months, a dedicated group of West
Philly high-schoolers and Penn students teamed with the Division of Food
Services at the School District of Philadelphia to develop their newest
product, Rebel Crumbles. The Rebel Crumbles are filled with half a cup
fruit (apples and cranberries), whole grains, and spices.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

school students played an hands on role in the Rebel Crumble launched.
The students were active in developing and designing the product, marketing it,
and raising money for the launch. It is the West Philly Students'
mission to expand operations and provide the Rebel Crumble to all
students. It is great to see young students taking an active interest in
